Next Read

I got this book about a year ago at a romance convention and I figure at the tail end of February, it wouldn’t hurt to try and squeeze in a romance novel!

Next 5 Star Read

The plot sounded so fluffy and cute, about a solitary office worker who is tasked with observing some supernatural children in order to determine whether they are truly dangerous, all while being charmed by the childrens’ caretaker. It sounds like the recipe for a sweet found family!

Next 1 Star Read

Romance can be quite hit or miss for me, and while the idea of a WLW Pride and Prejudice re-telling sounds awesome, the reviews are making me hesitant.

Next Love Interest (or Character that Seems Really Cool to You)

The booktuber who’d recommended this book equated Myra, the mother, to Essun in The Broken Earth series, and I absolutely loved Essun. So I’m pretty excited to meet her.

Next Book You’ll Be Buying

I’ll be pre-ordering this shortly! It’s one of my most anticipated books of this year.

Next Book That Will Leave You with a Book Hangover (and Desperately Wanting a Reread or Next in Series)

This isn’t a particularly big book but I think it’s going to spoil me for contemporaries reads at least for a few weeks after I’m done!

I tag the following awesome folks!

  1. Thank you for the tag, Siren! (Fun fact: I was planning to do it when I saw it on Sha and Mandy’s blog, so it’s already half ready xD)

Oooh, I love the idea of a wlw Pride and Prejudice retelling as well, I hope you’ll end up liking it despite the reviews.

  2. Thank you so much for the tag! This was a really fun one — and honestly, I love Mandy and Sha’s blog ha-ha! You have some great answers — but I haven’t heard of a single one of these books ha-ha! I think “I’ll Be the One” looks good though — might have to add that to my TBR list. Great post and thanks again! ❤

  3. Ooooh I loved reading your answers for this. Cemetery Boys is for sure one of my most anticipated as well – and that cover is an amazing one too, so I’m with it. TJ Klune’s book immediately drew me in with the cover, but I’m super convinced after reading your comments about it. It sounds fantastic. Thank you so much for doing the tag!! 🙂
