[Mini Post] NaNoWriMo 2019 – It’s That Time of Year Again

Happy National Novel Writing Month! For those who aren’t in the know, NaNoWriMo is a writing challenge hosted every November, where writers from around the world write at least 50, 000 words of a book. The genre isn’t set, nor the writing style, nor anything else. All you’re expected to do is write 50, 000 words in 30 days (roughly 1667 words a day).

This’ll be my fifth year in NaNo, and I’m so excited to be participating!

If this sounds like fun to you, you can check out the main site nanowrimo.org, where you can sign up, publicly proclaim your book and find your home region! My home region is so active with plenty of events and it’s always great to reconnect with writing friends and share stories.

As a result, I’ll likely not be posting anything this month on this blog but if I’ve got a break, I might squeeze one or two in.

If you’re participating in NaNo, let me know what you’re writing in the comments!
